We will be doing scripture cards for the people who receive meals from God At The Kitchen Table Small Group. We'll meet in HK.

Lafayette- We're partnering with the community in Lafayette in support of their Back to School Bash. We'll be handing out backpacks, school supplies, and cold beverages during the event. We'd love to have you join us!

We will be doing a service with the residents in Memory Care that will include hymns and a short devotional. Then we will play Bingo with the Memory Care residents. On the Independent Living Side of Monark Grove we will have a flower bar and allow residents to make a mini floral arrangement. Finally, we will also be providing boxed lunches for the employees. The projects will take place simultaneously so we will have some volunteers in Memory Care and some with the Independent Living residents.

Serve breakfast to the teachers at Hidden Lake to encourage them at the beginning of the school year. We will start serving at 0800. We should be done by 0930. Please arrive between 0745 and 0755. We will serve breakfast casseroles and juice.  Do you know how you can help? 1. Come serve breakfast. We need smiling loving volunteers to serve the teachers and offer words of encouragement. 2. Donate a cooked breakfast casserole or donate paper goods or donate money.  Only do what God has placed on your heart to do. No pressure. Contact Kassondra Moore for questions or comments.

Join us from 10am - 12pm as we pass out backpacks and school supplies for families in our area that we have identified from Serve Day.

As The Chapel serves the homeless community we would love to come along side them and assemble backpacks with snacks and needed items to help them feel loved and cared for. Come help us assemble and pray over each care pack that will be given.

First Saturday Serve - We will be working to help Athens Renaissance School get ready for the 2025/2026 school year.

Items needed are: Water bottles Wet wipes Sunscreen Packs of crackers Cheez its Non perishable food items Bandages Toothbrush Toothpaste Mouthwash Socks Single serve snacks Comb/brush Chapstick Tissues Mini flashlights Drop off points will be the Church of the Highlands office. I can meet you there or we can set up a time and place for drop off that is more convenient for you.
