Help us clear the area and prep for fence construction. This couple was hit by the EF4 tornado of 2021 and needs some help finishing up this last phase of rebuilding.

Come be a part of serving the homeless by handing out food, clothes, and other essential items. But most importantly, being the hands and feet of Jesus by listening and praying for them and their family. Most often they just enjoy a good conversation. Building a wheelchair ramp

Come join us for an Easter Egg Hunt, yard games and a cookout with the wonderful people of Lee Street Drive, a community across the street from Oak Mtn. High School. Easter egg hunt and fun will begin at 11am. We plan to get there at 10am to hide Easter eggs and set up for the day.

Come join us as we set up a free shopping experience for those in need in the Woodlawn area. Setup will be at 10:00 and take down will be at 1:00. In event if rain this serve may be cancelled and a notification will be posted here.

We will be making Easter goodie bags to bless the people we encounter and minister to on street outreach in the Birmingham area. We will also be blessing the hotel/motel workers with a goodie bag and awareness material on how to spot the signs of human trafficking at their establishments.

Cindy was referred to us by a local hospice organization. She needs a new ramp to allow a more safe entry and exit from her home. She has a motorized chair that she is really usable to use because of the instability in her old small ramp.

We will meet at Oxford Lake immediately after our Saturday prayer (10:15am) to give out popsicles and offer prayer to families as they walk around Oxford Lake! We will also provide bottled water:) This is will be a FANTASTIC time to give out Highlands invitation cards with the times of our Easter services! Bring your kids too❤️

On April 5th we will be hosting an Impact Day/First Saturday serve! WHO ARE WE? This event is led by the Birmingham MVMT which is a team of followers of Jesus who are reaching the lost in Birmingham. The Birmingham MVMT is a part of a missions organization called Steiger. The mission of the Birmingham MVMT is to reach and disciple the global youth culture (people 18-35) and we do this by mobilizing followers of Jesus to reach the lost! WHAT IS AN IMPACT DAY? An Impact Day is an opportunity for you to be equipped, empowered and mobilized to reach the lost! Reaching the lost isn’t an event it’s part of our lives. The Impact Day is a bootcamp to prepare us for the mission which is our lives! IMPACT DAY SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION We will start our training at 9:00am at the Church Of The Highlands Grants Mill Campus and then at 10:30am we will travel to Tuscaloosa to share the Gospel at the Druid City Arts Festival! After outreach we will debrief about our experiences on outreach. We will end the Impact Day at 2:00pm! When you arrive at the Grants Mill Campus you will need to enter the campus through the entrance across from the chapel. One of our team members will lead you to where the training will be at. The harvest is plentiful and the workers are few! We need to go out to reach the lost! We need to be like the good shepherd who leaves the 99 for the 1! Will you go?
