Jackie McCall is my mother in law. I was adopted at an early age and when I moved to Alabama to meet my mother, I soon after met Jackie. Jackie is a hard working woman who is a pillar within her family. Over the past few years the family has experienced great losses leaving Jackie the strongest of her 7 sisters. Through life's struggles Jackie has opened her heart and door to Many including myself who found themselves lost or without parents. She is 59 years old and has adopted her nieces 2 small children while also caring for her disabled sister and her also disabled husband. Recently Jackie suffered a major stroke and due to her husband's physical and mental state she was not found as quickly as needed to get her the medical help needed for her stroke. She is now on ventilation and fighting for her life at Baptist South. Jackie is in need of some yard word and home touchMany. Jackie also works extended hours at Wetumpka Health and Rehab caring for the residents with great love. We are looking to give her the love back through this serve project.
