Join us in showing love and support to our partner ministry, Caminodevida, in Peru with whom we shared an incredible missions trip earlier this year! We’ll be making cards for CDV to pass out as they are ministering. These cards will be filled with uplifting messages, prayers, and artwork to remind the people of Peru that they are seen and loved by God.
Spanish phrases and translation will be available so everyone can participate, even if you don’t speak the language. Mission Trip Opportunity: During this project, you'll also get to hear about an exciting opportunity to join a future mission trip to Peru! If you’ve ever felt called to go or want to learn more about how you can be involved in-person, this is a great chance to connect and ask questions.

We’re excited to serve Chelsea Park Elementary by getting the front of the school cleaned up and looking sharp before the new school year starts. This project is all about curb appeal. We’ll be removing old mulch, pressure washing, edging, weeding, and more. There’s a job for everyone, whether you enjoy working outside or prefer to stay indoors. Main Focus: Front Entrance and Curb Appeal • Removing old mulch and replacing it with fresh mulch Bring shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows • Pressure washing the sidewalks, curbs, pylons, and front doors Bring pressure washers if you have one, along with hoses and extension cords • Edging all sidewalks and landings, plus weed eating along the curbs Bring edgers, weed eaters, and fuel if needed • Weeding all flower beds Bring gloves and small hand tools for pulling weeds • The grounds crew should mow before we arrive, but it would help to have a couple of push mowers available just in case If We Have Extra Time: • Clearing out overgrown outdoor areas in the back of the school • Trimming hedges and removing weeds around the back patio and walkways Bring hedge trimmers, loppers, or anything helpful for yard cleanup Indoor Options: • Cleaning windows, dusting, and wiping down surfaces inside the school Great for anyone who wants to help but stay out of the heat What to Bring: Gloves, any tools mentioned above that you’re willing to share (label them if possible), sunscreen, water, and a good attitude. This is a great project for families, small groups, or anyone looking to lend a hand. Let’s work together to bless the staff, students, and families of Chelsea Park as they get ready for a new school year.
