We are going to bless this young school by helping create a carpool system that is efficient and safe for students. We will do this by clearing the parking lot area, covering up current paint markings on the pavement, and then painting the asphalt of our carpool holding and loading areas. We will need volunteers to wear work tennis shoes, clothes that are comfortable in the heat and can be covered in paint, large water bottle, sunscreen protection, hat, snacks and an attitude of gratitude! We have a list of supplies if we anyone wants to help with the purchase of paint products. We will also need a couple leaf blowers and bristle brush to clear parking lot spaces.

Oxford

LEADER Bradley Harris DESCRIPTION

We’ve got a great opportunity to serve one of our local charity partners, Martha’s Hope—an incredible organization that’s expanding its mission to care for those in our homeless community who are often overlooked. What’s the project? We’ll be pressure washing the concrete sidewalks, walkways, and gathering areas around their facility. A clean, welcoming environment can make a world of difference for someone searching for hope. Over the years, COTH Oxford Outreach has faithfully served at The Bridge—and now, with the launch of Martha’s Hope, we’re excited to continue that legacy of love and service in a fresh way. How can you help? Bring your pressure washer, a hose, and a heart to serve! Many hands make light work—and together, we can brighten up this space for everyone who comes through it. Let’s show up, pour out, and help bring a little dignity, beauty, and hope to those who need it most. Rally at the OCC is at 7:00am. Breakfast provided there! On site and rolling into the serve at 8:00am.

We will bless the teachers and students of Ivy Classical Academy by cleaning, organizing and stocking three teacher lounges and a middle school student lounge. We are looking for donations of supplies for this including coffee station items, paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, paper towels and Lysol wipes. This will be an indoors and air conditioned serve project! We are also looking for donations of small furniture items; indoor plants, end tables, book shelves, cafe tables, etc. When we finish our shift, teachers and students will be ready to walk into a new year feeling Gods love and provision over this school!
